Trials on metro system platform screen doors and gating systems start

FeONIC Transport is currently working in conjunction with other partner companies with some of the world's biggest suppliers of passenger sliding doors and gating systems to produce media panels that can display video content together with audio powered by FeONIC® audio technology.

This exciting new form of media with sound powered from the glass surface will provide Metro system operators around the world the opportunity to increase advertising revenues and offset the investment in new passenger sliding doors and gating systems.

Live trials of this new technology are beginning in early 2009 and it is expected that orders from clients all around the world will follow from the successful demonstrations.
